 It is very difficult to choose the best toys for the 2013 Christmas season. You have to analyze thousands of toys every year. Hundreds of new toys are released every year. We have been looking at toys for years so we have a pretty good idea what the hot toys will be.  It takes experience. We talk to children, mums, and even toy manufacturers. By putting all the pieces together, we are able to put together a list of products that will be popular.  The products that work the best are the ones with the best play value.

One toy that is always a best seller during Christmas is LEGO. We have all played with LEGOs at one time or another. LEGO has a fantastic lineup of toys this year. They have a new line featuring monsters called Monster Fighters. These toys offer a great play pattern with the monsters battling the heroes. The actual set that we like is called the Ghost Train. LEGO has actually put a little technology inside of this set. The technology included in glow in the dark.

 It offers the traditional play pattern of building and construction but there is a glow in the dark element. Children are going to love it. Anything that children get to build is extremely popular. Kids love putting different blocks on top of each other and building their own creations.  Legos teach kids about structure and it is a great developmental toy. It's a lot of fun. When people see Superhero toys, they really don't think that they are educational. Kids need heroes and role models. Some people look up to close relatives like their mum or dad. Sometimes they have to create their own hero. Batman and Spiderman are two of the biggest superheroes.  Spiderman is a great model for kids to look up at. He is a very caring character. He's got superpowers but what makes him great are his moral values. The same is true about Batman. If kids are going to identify with these characters, then it makes sense to choose a superhero.

Cinderella should be huge this year. Children are going to play with Cinderella in a fantasy land. They are going to create a story around it. They are going to take her to the ball and meet the Prince. They are going to create a magnificent story in their head. It really encourages children to become more creative. The best part is that children are not graded. Children are going to love taking care of her.

This is actually a physical version of the website. Usually, you see it the other way. Older girls are going to love this. These dolls are a little bit more edgy than the typical doll.
